Als Nachtrag zum letzten Posting gibt's hier noch einen Titel,

der nicht auf "Treasure Box" war, er ist nur auf der

CD-Maxi-Single "Waifs And Strays (The Grid Mix)" zu finden.

As a followup to the last posting here's another track

not included in "Treasure Box",

Als EMI 1995 mit "Treasure Box" eine Doppel-CD

voll von B-Seiten, Remixes und Demos der beiden Alben

"The Stars We Are" und "Enchanted" veröffentlichte,

wurden (unter anderem) die drei hier präsentierten Titel

ausgelassen, welche von den beiden CD-Maxi-Singles

"Tears Run Rings" und "Bitter-Sweet" stammen.

When EMI released "Treasure Box" in 1995 -

a double CD full of b-sides, remixes and demos off

"The Stars We Are" and "Enchanted" -

the three tracks presented here have been left out.

They can be found on the CD maxi-singles

"Tears Run Rings" and "Bitter-Sweet".

Diese acht Titel stammen von den Promo-CD-Maxi-Singles

"There's No Other Way" und "Blur-ti-go",

beide vom US-Label "SBK Records".

Der "Move Mix" von "There's No Other Way" ist auch als

"Blur Remix" und "Red Sleeve Mix" bekannt,

der "Aggressive Move Mix" auch als "Rock Mix".

Der "Blur Remix" ist der einzige dieser Titel,

der offiziell auf CD veröffentlicht wurde,

und zwar auf der CD-Maxi-Single-Sammlung

"10th Anniversary Box Set".

These eight tracks are taken from the promo CD maxi-singles

"There's No Other Way" and "Blur-ti-go"

released by US label "SBK Records".

The "Move Mix" of "There's No Other Way" is also known as

"Blur Remix" and "Red Sleeve Mix",

the "Aggressive Move Mix" also as "Rock Mix".

The "Blur Remix" is the only one also released

officially on CD, namely on the

"10th Anniversary Box Set".

Diese vier von Justin Strauss remixten Titel sind 1990

(unter anderem) auf der offiziellen US-Vinyl-Maxi-Single

und der US-Promo-CD-Maxi-Single erschienen,

ausserdem haben es drei davon auf eine

deutsche CD-Maxi-Single geschafft,

die allerdings ziemlich selten sein dürfte.

These four Justin Strauss remixes have been released

on US vinyl maxi-single and US promo CD maxi-single,

three of them can also be found on the

German CD maxi-single, which seems to be pretty scarce.

Dieser Megamix aus dem Jahr 1993 stammt von der

DJ-Remix-Service-CD "DIRECT HIT Volume 1"

und wurde anlässlich der Veröffentlichung von

"Higher And Higher - The Best Of Heaven 17"

im selben Jahr produziert.

This megamix was produced for the

DJ remix service CD "DIRECT HIT Volume 1"

on the occasion of the release of

"Higher And Higher - The Best Of Heaven 17"

in 1993.

In den 90ern veröffentlichte das nicht mehr bestehende

britische Label VOLUME mehrere Zusammenstellungen

mit seltenen und exklusiven Stücken.

Die erste Ausgabe ihrer Reihe "Volume"

namens - ähem - "Volume One" enthielt die

beiden oben angeführten Titel.

Falls irgendjemand eine andere CD kennt,

auf der diese beiden Titel zu finden sind,

lasst es mich bitte wissen.

In the 90's now-defunct UK label VOLUME released

various compilations of rare and exclusive tracks.

The first release of its "Volume" series

named - well - "Volume One" contained

the two tracks presented above.

If anyone knows of another CD release,

where these two can be found,

please let me know.

Dieser Titel, übrigens die erste Single-Auskopplung

von der LP "Low" aus dem Jahr 1977, wurde 1991

in remixter Form auf der exklusiv in den USA erschienenen

CD-Maxi-Single "Sound + Vision" ("David Bowie vs. 808 State")

veröffentlicht.

Die beiden von 808 STATE remixten Versionen gibt es nur

auf diesem Silberling (und natürlich dem Gegenstück in Vinyl),

während der Remix von David Richards auch auf der

Rykodisc-Version von "Low" zu finden ist.

Three remixes of this track - BTW the first single off 1977's "Low" -

were released on the US only CD maxi-single "Sound + Vision"

("David Bowie vs. 808 State").

The both remixes by 808 STATE are exclusive to this

silver disc (and its counterpart in vinyl), while

the remix by David Richards can also be found

on the Rykodisc version of "Low".

bzw. die "Full Length Version" auf manchen Versionen

des gleichnamigen Soundtracks.

Diese beiden Titel stammen von der deutschen

CD-Maxi-Single "So Cold The Night", meines Wissens

sind sie sonst nur auf Vinyl zu finden.

Der dritte Titel, "When The Walls Come Tumbling Down",

ist erst 2006 auf der Compilation

"The Age Of Consent / The Platinum Collection"

erschienen, die auch das remasterte Debüt-Album

von BRONSKI BEAT beinhaltet, deshalb habe ich

ihn hier ausgelassen.
